Your account

You are responsible for your account and for any activity under it. Keep your credentials secure.

Subscriptions & billing

Professional plans are paid subscriptions billed monthly. You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the billing period.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, or use it to provide medical advice you are not qualified to give. Nutrition guidance is not a substitute for medical care.

Liability

The service is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, DietFit is not liable for indirect or incidental damages.
